Valentine's Day Fun !

So Cody and I decided we would spend Valentine's day with Kate and our families,then we would go out just the two of us the week after Valentine's day. We had such a fun day!

So first we went bowling with Cody's family(his immediate fam and his cousins, the Ellis'). It was a blast! It was Kate's first time bowling, she had so much fun!

Cody and I left a little Valentine on the doorstep at our house for Kate. She absolutely loved it(as you can see in the pics)! It was a Sleeping Beauty bubble bath. When she opened the door she looked down and said .. "Oh thank you for my Valentine's Day!"
Then when we were driving to my parents she had Sleeping beauty with her and said "Mommy, look at me and Princess aurora, we are so beautiful..take a picture !" HA ha! So I had to take a picture! She is definitely my daughter!

Night time came with a delightful and yummy Italian dinner at my mom and dad's house with my family! My mom spoiled the girls with princess umbrella's, candy,and Valentine toys!Then Grandma Kathy(spoiled her with candy, toys and clothes)Kate was in heaven as she played with her cousins!

To end the night, Cody,Kate and I kept our tradition alive by making chocolate covered strawberries! YUM!! It wouldn't be Valentine's Day with out those! Kate is really into puzzles, so I helped her put one together.
